Questions talent ask.
Do I have to post?
No. A gift is a gift, so post if you love it. Paid deals work differently, and you agree what you’ll make before anything ships.
Is it really free?
Yes. You never pay for product or shipping. Brands cover both.
How many followers do I need?
There’s no hard minimum. We look at engagement and fit more than follower count, and we review everyone by hand.
Can I ask a brand for a gift?
Yes. In Discover, ask any brand you love: pick what you want in your size, add a line about how you’d post, and send. Brands that aren’t on Comms yet can be asked too. Connect Instagram or TikTok first so brands can see your reach.
Who sees my email, phone and address?
Brands never see your email or phone, and you talk in Messages. Labels are printed through Comms, and with private address on, the brand never sees your street address.
What about alcohol or cannabis brands?
Only if you confirm you’re 21 or older and opt in. You can turn off whole categories in your preferences.
How old do I need to be?
13 or older to join on your own. Younger talent can be on Comms through a parent or guardian who runs the account. Gifts ship to the parent, and any payment goes to them.
